La celebración de la X Asamblea General, coincidente con el 10º Aniversario de PLGS, tendrá lugar en Palma de Mallorca, los próximos 21-22 de Octubre 2010 (jueves-viernes), en el Hotel Barceló Albatros.
Para la Junta Directiva, es una gran alegría conmemorar la celebración del 10º Aniversario, y por ello, hemos elegido un destino apetecible y bien comunicado, que nos permita compartir tan memorable fecha con todos los socios. Por esta razón se ha elegido Palma de Mallorca, asegurándonos que será un marco agradable, al igual que hace diez años nos brindó Valencia.
Como en años anteriores, hemos trabajado en la selección de un Programa de Actividades, que esperamos sea de tu agrado.
a) En primer lugar, contaremos con la participación de Accenture (España) para la impartición del seminario teórico-práctico «Negociación Ejecutiva en el Sector Farmacéutico».
El programa del curso ha sido consensuado por PLGS y Accenture de acuerdo a nuestras necesidades en Desarrollo deNegocio en la Industria Farmacéutica. Es relevante comentarte que este curso tiene una gran aceptación en el mercado,así como un alto coste, pero desde PLGS hemos podido flexibilizar su coste adaptándolo a nuestras tarifas habituales de socio. Hemos puesto mucho empeño en este curso, por lo que estamos seguros que va a cumplir tus objetivos.

c) Como en otras ocasiones, no faltará el tiempo para el networking, y por supuesto, para disfrutar de una velada juntos.

Dentro del programa de actividades formativas de PLGS (Pharmaceutical Licensing Group Spain) se ha celebrado el seminario «Contratos de licencia, co-márketing y promoción: algunos aspectos relevantes desde la perspectiva antitrust» impartido por Teresa Paz Ares, Socia del despacho Uría y Menéndez Abogados, y Borja Martínez, Abogado del mismo despacho y experto en derecho de la competencia.
El seminario de contenido y formato muy didáctico e interactivo ha permitido a los asistentes familiarizarse con la normativa existente para evitar límites a la libre competencia y resolver y comentar casos prácticos.
Se incluye la Presentación de los ponentes, junto con la Guía para Asociaciones Empresariales. Ésta ha sido publicada recientemente por la Comisión Nacional de la Competencia, dado el creciente interés que estas asociaciones están despertando en las autoridades de defensa de la competencia.

PLGS organiza junto con CESIF el Curso de Desarrollo de Negocio en la Industria Farmacéutica.
Este programa tiene como objetivo satisfacer las necesidades de los profesionales de la Industria Farmacéutica y Biotecnológica que se inician o tienen corta experiencia en la actividad del Desarrollo de Negocio. El curso proporciona contenidos teóricos y casos prácticos adaptados a las necesidades de la actividad diaria en Desarrollo de Negocio. Pretende capacitar al profesional para una aplicación inmediata. Recoge lo fundamental e imprescindible de una forma sintetizada e intensiva. El curso ofrece una fórmula de formación pensada por y para el profesional del área.
El programa proporciona conceptos financieros, de propiedad intelectual, regulatorios, contractuales y de procesos secuenciales en los acuerdos comerciales de la Industria Farmacéutica.
