A few years ago Swiss HLG introduced the “Good Partnering Practices” (GPPs) initiative. Through “talking tables” at various conferences, over 500 business development executives have shared their experience which has been consolidated into a set of professional and structured principles to facilitate partnering and to provide a best practice framework in BD&L.
The GPPs are structured into the following chapters which give a SCENIC overview of the deal process:
FIRST CHAPTER: Scouting and Prospecting to support the Business Development professionals during their partnering activities.
